I've never liked working anywhere as much as I like working at Morpheus. It's the first place I've been employed where you're actually treated like an adult - everyone here is super flexible and we all have a lot of respect for one another (and it shows). Nobody is breathing down your neck to get work done - you are expected to be an expert of your trade and are trusted as such. Hard work and forward thinking never goes without notice and is always recognized and rewarded appropriately. Even though I am only tangentially involved with client work, I've learned a ton about digital media just by working alongside some of the most brilliant people in the industry and by taking advantage of our various training sessions. Most importantly, it feels like family here - I love everyone I work with, and I've never been able to honestly say that about ANY job. Plus, we just recently had a 50+ message email chain about 90's R&B. It's an awesome company. Come hang out with us.
